This project consisted of an 11,000sf gymnasium and recreation facility addition to an existing operating community centre. The scope of work included five new washrooms and shower facilities, new administration offices, A bar and full kitchen servery.

Complete exterior sitework was includes such as exterior walkways, landscaping and paved areas.

The project was ahead of the preliminary schedule by a total of two months, despite having to incorporate numerous changes made by the client throughout the duration of the project
