BECC is proud to have been selected to construct this major high security office and administration facility. This project was a two story 40,000sf building on 7 acres of fenced land.

The structure was built to LEED Gold certification and included solar roof panels, green roof vegetation and a geothermal ground heat system. The exterior façade of the edifice is composed of aluminium composite panels, copper composite panels, a large skylight, bricks, and curtain walls. The exterior of the facility is ballistic rated with sheet steel and the curtain wall has a shatter proof glass film within the glass composition. Interior features included living walls, LEED rated millwork and other premium architectural finishes.
